Good, but misleading

I might be the only one who misunderstood, but I thought when they said you can have a 15 ship fleet, they meant you can take 15 ships with you on a mission. Instead, your 14 surplus ships get to run errands for you and collect resources. This might be handy at higher levels so that Im not constantly grinding, but right now Im just slightly disappointed that I cant destroy my enemies with 15 ships.

Other than that gripe, I think its a great game for the cost.
